Founded by Cindy Rockwell and her two business partners, Keyot is a certified women-owned consulting firm based in Minnesota that works to connect the right person with the right role by specializing in placing program managers, project managers, business analysts, change managers, implementation consultants, and developers in support of various types of organizational needs, including program and project management, business architecture and analysis, and operational excellence.
Overseeing the Iowa branch, Rockwell strategically works with clients and her team of consultants to successfully serve as the perfect partner with clients to get projects completed on time and within budget. By utilizing her vast network in order to properly leverage opportunities and make those perfect matches for both consultants and clients, Rockwell is a true problem solver who loves a good challenge.
“My career history has led me to a place where I can now focus on making great matches between what a client is looking to accomplish with a particular project and the proper person, or people, to make it happen,” Rockwell said, whose previous experience includes working in business and technology, sales and marketing, accounting, and information technology.
Rockwell also heads Keyot’s Crew212: Developing Future Leaders project, a college hire program that helps build the next generation of leaders for organizations across the country. The concept behind the project began with a mentoring philosophy that inspires young professionals to develop into future leaders by fostering a drive to excel through mentoring and training, providing the tools necessary to make key decisions to solve business problems and manage challenging interpersonal relationships, and building team members and leaders who master their roles to achieve clients’ end goals.
“The mentorship I provide through Crew212 has a great impact on young professionals and it’s my hope that I can pay the wonderful mentorship I’ve received over the years forward to this new generation,” Rockwell said.
