Co-founder and Chief Executive

Laura Kelly – As Keyot’s co-founder and Chief Executive, Laura Kelly draws on over twenty years’ experience in the creation of new business models, business architecture, process design and organizational designs. Her perspective was born from consulting for a multitude of Fortune ranked organizations across the US and a skill set fusing creative solution thinking and strategic discipline.

Laura’s pursuit of a more efficient consulting partnership that creates value for both consultant and client has shaped Keyot’s unique business model and practices. It has helped launch innovative programs into developing the next generation of leaders – both in consulting and corporate America. Laura holds a B.A. in Communications and Business from The University of Iowa. She lives in Woodbury, MN with her husband, Tom.

Anjie Cayot

Co-Founder & President

As co-founder and President, Anjie Cayot oversees Keyot’s sales and delivery management activities. Anjie possesses a passion for project execution that both baffles and delights her colleagues. Anjie began her career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri where she used her natural logistic and leadership skills to move into the roles of business analyst and project manager. Her success brought her into a variety of positions throughout the next 15 years – business project management, leading a business-focused project consulting practice, and ultimately Vice President of Information Systems. Her passion for channeling the energy and raw talent of college grads is the driving force behind Keyot’s Crew212 program.

Anjie is wife to Chandler and mother to Hannah and Caroline. She is a mom first and foremost! She enjoys involvement in her girls activities at Texas Christian University and Hill Murray High School. Anjie has volunteered at Eagle Brook Church, Woodbury Hockey Club, Liberty Ridge School, the Gateway School, Hill Murray High School and many other not-for-profit endeavors.

Cindy Rockwell

Managing Partner & CIO

As Keyot’s managing partner in Iowa and CIO for the organization, Cindy Rockwell brings a passion for aligning technical solutions to business strategies. Most recently as the CEO of software company CustomerVision and previously Group Vice President at Wells Fargo and an executive at the Principal Financial Group, Cindy brings a vast array of business and technology real-world experience in all sectors of service oriented businesses, including sales & marketing, operations, accounting, and IT. Cindy is the Executive Leader of "Go Red for Women" in the Des Moines metro area for 2017, as well, Cindy is a community leader in Million Women Mentors and STEM Women in Innovation of Iowa and a regular speaker at various conferences and events. Cindy and her husband, Mike, have 5 grown daughters and live in the Des Moines metro area.

Chandler Cayot

Co-Founder & Partner

As leader of our Healthcare Practice, Chandler works with both providers, payers as well as other healthcare organizations to find the right leaders and project professionals to manage the many projects needed to enable healthcare reform, the collaborative care processes as well as turn data into insight. Organizations and consultants in this rapidly changing environment will benefit from Chandler’s twenty plus years in consulting, along with the experience and insight he obtained from IBM’s Information Management software division. His trademark is asking strong, insightful questions in order to fully understand his client’s and consultant’s need in the proper context. He has a passion for matching people to perfect fit jobs and has an innate ability to understand the true character of a person after only a few meetings. Chandler helped to found Keyot and rejoined the firm in 2012.

Chandler lives in Woodbury and is married with two girls – one on her way to college and one an avid hockey and lacrosse player. He is on the Board of Hill Murray school and helps with the youth group at Eagle Brook Church.

Jeanine Rickson

Director of Recruiting

Jeanine is a staffing and recruitment executive. She believes truly knowing your candidates and cultivating those relationships is fundamental to optimize both client and consultant success. Jeanine has extensive corporate, client and consulting experience in the areas of change management, human resources and operations management.

Jeanine is an industry subject matter expert and industry speaker in the areas of interview etiquette, resume development and career coaching. Her prior experiences include Chief Talent Officer for Genesis10 a National IT staffing and consulting firm and co-founder of the Genesis10, MN branch, providing recruiting and resource allocation for Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young and operations management, plant management and human resources for Deluxe Corp.

Aaron Stratman

Director of Operations

Aaron Stratman joined the Keyot team in March of 2018 as the Director of Operations. He brings close to 18 years of IT Staffing & Consulting experience to the team and in his role, Aaron is responsible for overseeing the business operations of Keyot as the company continues to grow and develop. More specifically, as new projects and services are launched, he will work to operationalize them into the fabric of our every day to ensure strong alignment with our customers’ needs.

Aaron is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse. He and his wife Alicia live in Eden Prairie with their two daughters, Avaree & Alexa. In their free time they enjoy traveling, being outdoors and volunteering for their church and community.

Diane Brass

Controller

As our controller, Diane is responsible for directing the accounting and finance functions of the company. She is a CPA with over 20 years of experience as a Controller and working in public accounting with an emphasis on taxes and financial statements. Diane joined the team in November 2015 and works in the Oakdale office. She is excited to be a part of the Keyot team and oversee the finance, accounting and facilities operations of the company.

Diane lives in Maplewood with her husband Dave and two children when they are home from college. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending time at the two family cabins in Northern Minnesota.

Tara Shaw

Director of Delivery Management

Tara has 20 years of Business Analysis and Project Management experience as an employee and as a consultant – working on both the client side and the delivery/vendor side. She has worked at a variety of clients and industries in the Twin Cities, Minnesota and has a passion for mentoring and for client services. As the Director of Delivery Management at Keyot, she leads a team that supports all of Keyot’s markets and uses her experiences to coach and guide her Delivery Management team and Keyot consultants. She also works closely with our Clients to understand and deliver on their goals.

Tara is from Kansas City and moved to Minneapolis many years ago after long weekend vacation when she fell in love with MN (in the summer, of course!). Tara loves animals - especially dogs! She spends her free time reading, going to fairs and festivals, and strolling around the lakes with her husband and pups.

Renee Neppl

Crew212 Program Manager

Renee Neppl joined the Keyot team in October 2013.  She spent 20 years at a Fortune 500 company in Human Resources and Residential Mortgages. As a Talent Manager, Renee leverages her recruiting and program management background and her desire to help others.

Renee has a non-profit heart which aligns with Keyot’s commitment to giving back.  She currently serves as the Chair for the Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Council. Renee also served 2 terms on the Easter Seals Iowa board. Renee and her husband have 1 son. In her free time, you will find Renee spending time with her family and friends.

Chris Fiala

Recruiter

Chris Fiala is part of Keyot’s specialized Recruiting Practice in Minnesota. In his role, he is responsible for developing and cultivating new candidate relationships with highly skilled and qualified technical resources. He has delivered mid to senior level talent for Fortune 100 to Fortune 500 global companies. You will see him frequently attending conferences, meet up groups, and Agile training sessions.

Chris graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship. He is passionate about helping people achieve personal and professional career goals. Chris is building Keyot’s delivery of technical resources such as Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, Software Development, and many more.

Chris and his wife, Justine, live in the White Bear Lake area. They enjoy spending time on the lake and hanging out with their English Bulldog, Surly. Spring through Fall, you can find Chris at the golf course in his free time. During the winter months, Chris enjoys cheering on the Minnesota Wild and the Minnesota Gophers.

Courtney Clark 

Recruiter

Courtney joined the Keyot team in July 2017 as a Delivery Coordinator, specifically with the Crew212 team. Previously, she worked as a Business Analyst consultant through the Crew212 program in the Des Moines, IA market. In July 2018, she transitioned to the senior side of recruiting where she continues to help bring great candidates to Keyot and to our clients in Iowa. Courtney enjoys learning about individuals backgrounds, passions, and experiences to help them find a new opportunity.

Courtney enjoys staying active, spending time with her dog, and trying new places to eat in the Des Moines metro.

Kia Richards

Sourcer

Kia serves as Sourcer to support the recruiting team for Keyot. She is responsible for helping our recruiting team by finding awesome candidates for the roles we have available. She enjoys helping both the Iowa and Minnesota teams and loves building relationships with candidates from all over. Kia is looking forward to growing her career with Keyot and becoming a recruiter in the future. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Iowa State University.

Kia lives in Saint Paul with her fiancé and two dogs, Rocky and Ruby. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new hiking trails and spending time with family in Wisconsin and friends in Iowa. She enjoys watching the Packers and cheering on the Brewers.

Dan Wang

Dan joined the Keyot team in October of 2018 as a technical recruiter specializing in application & web development, DevOps, UI/UX, and analytics. Since July of 2017, Dan has placed more than a dozen accomplished Information Technology professionals at Fortune 500 companies across the Twin Cities on both contract, contract to hire, and full-time basis.

Dan is a graduate of Macalester College in Saint Paul, MN and obtained his Bachelors in International Studies with minors in Economics and Philosophy. Adding to his unique liberal-arts background, Dan is currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology at University of St. Thomas to gain more hands-on knowledge and industry insight to form a better partnership with IT professionals and provide more qualified talent to great organizations.

Dan and his wife, Wendy, live in the Saint Paul area. They enjoy spending time hanging out with their magical-with-the-perfect-eyeliners’ Dwarf Hotot pet bunny, Lollipop. When Dan is not playing competitive badminton (the Olympic, not the backyard kind), he is usually reading and learning about the latest technology/ trends and finding ways to combine technological innovation with talent acquisition.

Sean joined the Keyot team in August 2018 as a Delivery Coordinator for the Crew212 team and has since transitioned to the Recruiting side. Previously, he graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA focusing in Business Analytics. Sean loves to stay active by running, hiking, and lifting. He also enjoys to travel and spend time with family.

Miranda Dusenberry

Miranda joined the Keyot team in March 2019 as a recruiter for the Crew212 program. Originally coming from a health and wellness background, she has a passion for connecting and developing relationships with young professionals, helping them find a career path within Keyot. Miranda is an Iowa State University graduate and loves playing sports such as volleyball, going on bike rides, wakeboarding, and snowboarding.

Jennifer joined our recruiting team with 18 years of experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. She truly loves meeting new people and helping our clients find the right fit of skills, personality and experience. She launched her career in technology and has served in client facing roles as well as back office functions. Her deep network enables her to develop long standing relationships with people that result in repeat placements. She is lifelong learner with a natural curiosity that keeps her on top of current skills and trends.

Jennifer lives in Shakopee with her husband and 3 children. In her free time she loves working out, spending time on the lake and anything hockey!

Chaz Gerads

Chaz is part of Keyot’s Sales and Delivery team. In his role, he is focused on helping clients build high performing teams, provide project planning, and project execution to solve key business and technology initiatives. Chaz Gerads graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing and Human Resources. He’s passionate about helping others thrive in the evolving world of work, which has led him to become a business leader within the professional resourcing and project delivery industry.

During his career, Chaz has led operational management teams in delivering effective change management, developing new business partnerships across the United States and internationally, and bridging gaps between business needs and technology.

When not working, he enjoys golfing, exploring Minnesota’s great outdoors, snowmobiling through the Rocky Mountains, and cheering on the MN Wild!

Stephanie Pella

Director of Client Solutions

Stephanie joined the Keyot Des Moines branch in October of 2017. Stephanie brings 17 years of consultative sales experience, 10 of those years being focused in the IT Staffing and Solutions Industry. She believes strongly in cultivating and sustaining long term relationships with both her clients and consultants, thus aligning well with Keyot's core mission and values. Stephanie is passionate about finding the right solution for her clients and works hard to ensure she provides value as a trusted partner. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

Stephanie has just relocated back to her home state of Iowa from the Kansas City area. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and riding her horses.

Emily Anderson

Director of Client Solutions

Emily is a solutions-focused senior business and sales leader with proven success cultivating trusted client partnerships across Business, IT, Operations, and Finance. She brings 10+ years expertise in workforce solution development, strategic talent management, key account retention and growth, and client relationship management. She has partnered closely with C-Suite, executives, and line managers across organizations ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500. Throughout her career, Emily has managed senior talent and technology-driven engagements across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, CPG, utilities, technology, higher education, non-profit, professional services, med device, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and healthcare. She graduated from University of MN-Morris with a double bachelors in Economics and Finance, with minor in Accounting.

Emily is a highly engaged, passionate, and consultative professional with the ability to assess complex business scenarios, ideate potential solutions, and then work closely with stakeholders to determine the best next steps. She is always focused on building those long-term partnerships with my clients that are based on a foundation of trust, transparent communication, and providing value-add solutions.

Emily lives in Oakdale, MN with her husband and 3-yr old son. While most of her free time these days is absorbed by mommy-hood and play dates, she does occasionally find time to indulge in wine tasting tours, baking shows, and kid-free mom nights out. All of her family is local and so with 5 nieces/nephews living within a 10 minute radius, there is no shortage of family time!

Andrew Reiter

Delivery Manager

Andrew Reiter joined Keyot through our Crew212 program in 2016. Andrew consulted for 3 years in Des Moines, Iowa, gaining fast experience as Scrum Master, UAT Coordinator, Business Analyst, and Quality Analyst. Andrew has a passion for building relationships with new people and helping them achieve their goals. In September of 2018, Andrew moved to the Keyot back office as a Delivery Manager to use his passion and experience to support our consultants and clients in their roles and projects.

Andrew is from Northeast Iowa and a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. He enjoys spending time outside and especially being on the water! You can also find him traveling, helping others obtain better health and wellness, playing sports, or spending time with his family and friends.

Molly Woodruff

Delivery Manager

Molly joined the Keyot team in December 2015 as a Delivery Coordinator with the Crew212 team and was promoted to Delivery Manager in December 2018. She enjoys using her interpersonal skills to connect with consultants and potential new Crew212 team members. Molly began her professional career in healthcare and from there transitioned to an Account Manager of a software development company before joining Keyot and Crew212. Molly can be found spending her free time with her family and friends.

Erin Byriel

Delivery Manager

Erin is part of Keyot’s Sales and Delivery team as a Delivery Manager. In her role, she is focused on making the “Match” of consultant skills and client opportunity. Additionally, Erin supports consultants during their client engagement and works tirelessly to provide exceptional client delivery. Erin began her career as a consultant with Keyot and has experienced firsthand Keyot’s unique approach to consultant support. She has a particular passion for channeling the energy and raw talent of college grads into Keyot’s Crew212 program. Erin lives in the Twin Cities area with her husband and son – Joe and Jack. When she’s not working, Erin enjoys playing golf, staying active and traveling to all corners of the world with her family.

Annette Germann

Finance Manager

Annette is the Finance Manager at Keyot and has been with the company since 2010. She manages benefits, accounts receivables, financial reporting and most importantly - payroll! She enjoys working with the consultants and especially likes working with numbers and creating financial reports. She loves working for a woman owned business and loves having dogs in the office. Annette has been married for over 30 years and is the proud mother of two adult sons. In her free time she enjoys goal tending on men and women's hockey teams, solving word and jigsaw puzzles, playing guitar, and spending relaxing weekends on her boat on the beautiful St. Croix river.

Jess LaValle

Office Manager

Jess is the office manager at Keyot, she is committed and passionate about the consultant and client experience with Keyot. Jess is the voice on the phone when you call Keyot and the face that greets you when you visit our office. She works to ensure that schedules and appointments are made and kept and that all new consultants are treated as the unique professionals they are during on-boarding with Keyot. We want your experience, while interacting and working with Keyot, to be exceptional and Jess prides herself on follow through and flexibility and rolling up her sleeves to do whatever it take to deliver for our team.

Jess lives in Oakdale, and is happily married with two children, Zach and Haley. She fills up her free time watching her children play sports during the changing seasons.

Jesse Moryn

Marketing Coordinator

Jesse serves as Marketing Coordinator for Keyot. His responsibilities include all things marketing related (website, blog, social media, video/photography, etc.) and he enjoys working closely with his colleagues in sales, delivery, and recruiting to grow the Keyot brand. Moving forward, he is excited to see where the marketing industry is headed and loves exploring all the new technologies and ideas that come with it. Jesse has a degree in Communications with a certificate in Business from UW-Madison. In his free time, he enjoys making and listening to music, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Lis is a certified Wellness Coach and Yoga instructor, and loves every opportunity she has to teach or take a class!
