Keyot was founded as a women-owned business in 2008 with the goal of building a management consulting practice that focused on helping businesses grow and innovate. With over 20 years of experience delivering clients strategic and tactical solutions, the partners at Keyot believe in establishing deep relationships with key clients and consultants to create “great matches”. We specialize in finding the right “fit” of consultant skills, experience and style to meet client requirements, culture and environment.

Keyot focuses in three primary areas:

1) Our Strategy Practice brings a pragmatic method for creating action strategies that can be translated into tactical execution plans. Our experience in developing strategies to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with your customers and your business partners drive our business strategy philosophy.

2) Our Consulting Practice offers talented business and technology program managers, project managers, business architects and business analysts in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Insurance industries to Midwest clients. Our team has been involved in transformation programs, automated work flow engines, packaged implementations, operational design, system integration, process improvement, and centers of excellence.

3) Our Emerging Leader Practice, BoomLab™, identifies top talent college graduates, provides them with a detailed curriculum of new skills and experience and launches them into corporate America. BoomLab™ graduates are working for some of the Twin Cities’ Fortune ranked organizations!
